We offer a service to unlock Google Account Protection (FRP) on Samsung phones. This is necessary if you have reset your phone settings and now it is requesting an old Google account that you do not have access to. The service is performed remotely using the device's IMEI or serial number. How to find out the IMEI or serial number: 1. On the reset phone, dial in the emergency dial: *#06# — the IMEI will appear on the screen. 2. Or look at the back cover of the phone, in the settings (if available) or on the box of the device. The service does not work for: - Phones from Korea. - Devices that are Blacklisted. - Phones with Samsung Knox protection enabled. - Devices with a damaged security area (BAD Security Area) or with a hard lock (Hard Locked).
